Founder, iMEZ Innovate · Humanistic Leadership Strategist I was born with a heightened mirror neuron response and deep empathic attunement — the neurological capacity to sense what people feel, need, and intend in real time, often before they have articulated it themselves. This ability does not turn off. I experience the emotional and interpersonal dynamics of every room I enter, every team I work with, every leader I coach. This is not something I learned from books. It is the instrument I bring to every engagement. It is also what drove me to build Respeadership. After years in management consulting and mental health counseling, I kept seeing the same root cause beneath organizational dysfunction: leadership built on authority and ego rather than respect. I created Respeadership to give that problem a language and a solution. Through iMEZ Innovate, I work with executives and organizations that sense something is not working and have not been able to find it yet. Background
How I got here
My path into this work was deliberate. It moved through mental health counseling, through consulting, through years of watching the same dysfunction repeat itself across organizations of every size. I chose this work because it is where my abilities are most useful and most sustainable. What I kept seeing, consistently, was the same root problem: leadership built on authority and ego rather than respect. Respeadership was built to address that.
How I Work
Confidentiality is not a policy.
It is a practice.
What happens in an engagement stays in an engagement, without exception.
Organizations share sensitive information in consulting engagements — about leadership failures, internal conflict, talent concerns, and cultural dysfunction that rarely appears in any official document. That information is held with complete discretion. This is also why clients are identified only by role and industry rather than by name. Privacy is not an obstacle to the work here. It is a condition that makes the real work possible.
Fit
Who this work is for —
and who it is
not
This is worth saying plainly, because it will save us both time.
This work is for you if… You are genuinely willing to look at what is actually happening — in your leadership, in your culture, in the dynamics between people that no engagement survey has ever captured. You want the organizational transformation to be real, not performative. Clients who are ready for that level of honesty find this work transformative.
This work is not for you if… You need a polished report to present to the board, a training day that satisfies an HR requirement, or a consultant who will validate decisions already made. There are plenty of firms that do that well. We are not one of them. Clients who are not ready tend to find this work uncomfortable — and it is better to know that now.
“If you are genuinely ready for change, the next step is a conversation.”
